What Services Do you Offer, For What Ages?
I provide individual psychotherapy (one-on-one) for teens (13+) and adults of all ages. When working with teenagers, at times it’s also useful to have meetings with caregivers, which is billed as family therapy. Typical services I offer include:
Initial Diagnostic Assessment (60-75 mins)
Individual Psychotherapy (60 mins)
Individual Psychotherapy (45 mins)
Exposure Therapy - Extended Session (90 mins)*
Exposure Therapy - Extended Session (120 mins)*
*extended (prolonged) therapy sessions are often a part of exposure therapy, including Exposure and Response Prevention therapy for obsessive-compulsive and related concerns. I will discuss with you whether I think this could be helpful for meeting your therapy goals.
Do you Provide Virtual Therapy Appointments?
Yes! I provide a mixture of virtual (telehealth) and in-person appointments. For virtual clients, I am able to see individuals located in Ohio or in participating PSYPACT states (check here to see if your state/jurisdiction participates). Availability for one type of appointment over the other may be limited due to scheduling needs of current clients and whether virtual treatment is recommended for your therapy goals after an initial assessment. I generally see clients in my office 2-3 days per week.
Do you accept Health Insurance?
I am not in network with any health insurance carrier at this time. If you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with statements for insurance reimbursement (‘superbills’) that you can submit to seek reimbursement for the cost of services.
I accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard, Discover, American Express), FSA/HSA cards, and other online payment methods. I also accept checks for in-person appointments.
